I purchased fevi kwik when i opened sealed pack, surprised with empty pack, ther is no glow at all. This not acceptable from brand "pidilite industries ltd"

I buy a lot of fevikwik products every month. The product was good once. But now i'm facing weight difference in rs.5 fevikwik produts. Sometimes the tube is 3/4 full, sometimes it is 1/2 full or even 1/4 full.
But now i got a tube empty. There is no fevikwik in it.

Please improve your packing and transport efficiency for this product.

I want my rs.5 back!

The tube is not opened and it is empty.
I'm not paying for your empty tubes.

I bought this on 26.4.16
Its mfd is : 2/2016
It can be used till 6 months i[censored]nused.

I had bought feviquick but the packet is empty only air is there in packet and they say they are a quality company when they forget to put product itself in there packings.
They are selling air in 5 rupees

I buy a 500 mg fewikwik one drop instant adhesive, when I tear the plastic cover I shocked because the tube was half cut from lower end and there was nothing in that. see the photograph attached herewith. my mobile number is [protected] and I am planning to take this matter in the legal action for consumer court. If such a reputed company will do like this than it is a shame for company. I want to stick my shoe but due to this I could not go to office. BT all my product has been delivered except feviquick. our distributor mangal agency Jamshedpur. I just want to say if my product will not be delivered shorty I will sell the product of dendrite and will never order your feviquick.nor any body of company visit our market. I hope that u will take action against our distributor today mrng I order 2 case feviquick the person says that it will be delivered by evening...BT in evening he told that there is no stock of feviquick. I purchased 2 Fevikwik and there was a huge difference in the weight of both the packets as mentioned by the company the stick is of 500mg and by posting these pictures as a proof can be clearly seen the difference between the both. It was Urgent so I used it by took the Snap shot of it. Hope the company takes care of it s reputation I have seen that companies are least bothered for any complains being such a big company it doesn't effect them that is what they think but in customers mind the Brand Image if the company is truly Fallen. Hope I get a revert back fr the company

So company packing empty tubes &amp selling at the market Company cheating the customers so many customers loosing the money by purchasing Fevi Kwick product.Sell by" date. The labeling "sell by" tells the store how long to display the product for sale. Shopkeeper is selling expire date item.

Dear Sir,

We have repeatedly complained to the concerned authorities regarding the Failure of Pidilite Dr. Fixit New Coat applied on the roof of our construction site by the designated Pidilite Company Technicians. We were given a verbal warranty (7 years) by the company Technician saying that a written warranty is being processed by the company and will be issued shortly. But, during the very first rains, the product failed and cracks and wrinkles started to show up. The Technicians suggested an entire series of other products such as Prime Seal, T.G. Grant, Gap Fill etc. They also failed to contain the water leaking into the construction site.

We wrote a letter and constantly contacted:

But did NOT recieve any satisfactory solution or answer to the warranty.

I worked with M/s Pidilite INdustries Ltd, for nearly two years (May' 08 to Mar'10) and my PF number was "MH-5318/9455". In Apr'10 I have joined in new organisation i.e. M/s Dabur India Ltd. Here I have got a new

New EPF account "UP-5417/62417"
AND
New EPS account No. "HP-2549/1650"

So, I request you to please transfer my EPF & EPS accumulations accordingly.

Already 6 to 7 months got over but I am not finding any information on my request.

Form 13 was submitted to you through M/s Pidilite INdustries Ltd.

Please do the needful.

Sub: Dishonour of warranty.



Dear Sir,



The building under reference(CH-18, Jmashedpur) was surveyed by Mr. Amative Banerjee representative of m/s pidilit. He suggested 3” screed / reinforcement with 3” concrete of the roof top surface and treating the surface with Pidicrete MPB & Pidicrete LW, finally application of Dr. Fixit NEWCOAT on the affected surface.

As suggested by them we purchased all of the above Dr. Fixit brand construction chemicals from M/s Ashoka Enterprises, the authorized Dealer of m/s pidilite at Jamshedpur and got the work executed By Mr. Arijit Dutt of National Construction co. India , the authorized applicator of M/s Pidilite Industries. The work was duly completed in November 2007.

the said work was was carried out under your supervision, with pidilite's product of construction chemicals and through their authorized applicator. Thus we technically followed all prescribed specification for the execution of the said work. On completion of the work we were given a written Warrantee Certificate by teh company dated 06.11.2007 for 7 (Seven) years for the performance of the above job.

Unfortunately in June 2008, within about six months of completion of the work, the subject building developed a number of defects like wrinkles, defected surface, blisters, cracks etc.

According to their above warrantee pidilite is liable to restore all defects to our satisfaction. their Representative had investigated the matter in July 2008.
and undertook some patch work to remoive the defects.
Again in 2009 June/july the same defects were observed.The mattaer was brought to the notice of the representatives of m/s pidilite.They have been giving false assurances but not taking any conspicous corrective action to remove the defects.
Despite repeated requests,they have not taken any action to rectify the defects.

Mr. Surjit Kumar Kar, Area Manager (Technical Services) M/s Pedilite Industries Ltd has investigated the matter and gave his report on 11.04.2010, wherein he accepted that there are defects on the surface of the building as detailed above.

In line with said Warrantee, my complaints should be entertained and the defects to be removed . I have requested to take immediate corrective measures to remove the subject defects on top priority basis, or else wouldl be constrained to resort to all other course of action available with me.

Please treat this as most urgent.

On the Evening of 06/10, I had Bought a 3 Gram tube of Fevi-Kwik Superglue for Rs25/-, At G.D. Somani School's Students General Store, Cuffe Parade, South Mumbai. But to my dissatisfaction and dismay when I opened the box found that the Product HAD NOT come with it's Plastic Resealing Cap.
Which is Vital and Essential in order to Reseal the tube after use, so as one would not waste 3 Grams of Glue on one Glueing or the glue would simply dry-up quickly.
I would like that this complaint reaches Pidilite, And I would also request for a materials procurement manager from Pidilite to E-mail me the contact details of a Supplier/Distributor of Plastic Resealing Caps in Mumbai, so that I can pay the difference and buy a new plastic cap, in order to reseal the product.

WE HAVE PURCHASE 500 G OF BULBOND LC ADHESIVE FROM M/s GOYAL ENTERPRISES, BARAN-325205(RAJASTHAN) WIDE INVOICE NO.0948.MRP OF PRODUCT WAS RUPEES 40/-(INCLUSIVE ALL TAXES) AGAINST MARCHANT CLAIM 45 RUPEES AND ALSO PROVIDE BILL OF Rs.45.
