[Resolved]  Pigeon — Pigeon steam sterilizer

Please provide as much informationI have bought Pigeon steam Sterilizer in Dec 2012. In August 2013.suddently it stops working . Thereafter I contacted Mr Sandeep (mobile [protected]),his number was been provided by someone from Pigeon main office. He visited my home on 28 Aug 2013 or 29 Aug 2013 to collect the defective piece.When i asked him to give the receipt of acknowledgement,he denied and told -as per the pigeon company procedure, we don't carry the receipt. As i was not ready to handover my brand new product to him for repair,he keep on assuring me. Ultimately , by seeing my denial,he handed over me the pigeon customer care number,At he same time,i contacted them and told them about all . Customer care also confirms ,that Sandeep will provide the receipt at the time of delivery of product. I ensured couple of times from the customer care.The lady ,customer care, confirm me all the time. thereafer ,i handed my product to him with his 1000% assures,that the product is in his safe custody and won't get damaged and won't be changed/replaced by someone else product. On the grounds of faith and trust on Pigeon, i agreed. Both Sandeep and cusomer care,told me ,ill get my product back within maximum a week. Product was scheduled to get deliver on 05th Sep 2013. When i contacted Sandeep on 6th Sep 2013, he visited my home on 07. To my shocking surprise,he handed over to my some other Defective peace. The peace was broken, damaged, and in different shape-size and colour. The Steam sterilizer handed over to him was very much the latest Pigeon steam Sterilizer,very much white and blue in shade,bought only few months back. Whereas the product which Sandeep was compelling to me,was very much broken, damaged and NOT OURS. He was forcing me to accept that one.when i continouly denied than HE also agrees,that YES THIS PRODUCT IS NOT THE CORRECT ONE. HE returned back by giving another assurance,the fault will be recified within 24 hours.Today , 09 Sep 2013, when i contacted him again, HE was back on his track.Compelled me to take the defective one. to which i denied. Just an hour back,around 6:30,he visited my home and again giving us the someone else DEFECTIVE PINK COLOUR PRODUCT. WE DENIED. Now i requier a stick and serious action against him. The sterilizer is very much URGENTLY require as its for my toddler. Due to the fault of pigeon , it might hamper the health of my toddler. CAN I REQUEST IMMEDIATE ACTION or Else ill lodge a consumer complaint. This is highly misleading and theft by pigeon company. Kindly contact
