I have purchased pigeon rice cooker vessel not coming properly

Induction cook top not working 1 month

We buy new Pigoen 3 burner stove but from start its not working.

It's not working burn is very low

Pigeon induction cooktop E6 problem please take action and call me[protected] [protected]

The product is in warranty. I bought it from Amazon in November 2021.
For 5 months it worked fine, but now it is not working.

Please help ne out, my pigeon storm tawa got scratches within a month after one time usage only and this product is under warranty, please replace this item as soon as possible..

We are purchase a "Pigeon Favourite IC 1800 W Induction Cooktop" with Tax invoice no. Invoice Number # FAH4JR[protected] order date 06.12.2022 dilervered on dated 10.12.2022.

As mentioned above, it's not working due to some manufacturing fault, I am several time try to contact Pigeon company. But, we are unable to connect the manufacturer also Flipcart also.

So, please look into the matter and shortout the problem as soon as possible.

Now i will call on your consumer care number but they disconnect the call again and again. When i am buying your product they said that our service is best but i do not think this is right. Now please do my camplaint as soon as possible

I have raised a compliant stated that the nobs are broken.. So that i couldn't switch on the stove.. So please resolve this asap. But 2 weeks or more still the issue didn't resolve.. They didn't send any technician to clear this problem and also they didn't respond my phone call. Now i'll escalate this issue to help higher level.. This is really irritating moment.. Worst pigeon service.. I'll never recommend pigeon to anyone...

I recently purchased pegion 3 burner gas stove but facing issue from the first week only... I purchased it from Amazon from the seller - cloudtail but the burners are not working properly and I even tried to contact the pegion customer care number but it always says that it is a wrong number... I have bought an aluminium pressure induction cooker on dated 4/11/17 through amazon invoice no. Bom3_4065983. But the products induction bottom melted and not heating properly. I talked four times ondated19/07/18 to till date topigeon customer care services and got registerd complaint but get not any solutions. Today i called again to ur customer care services, replied that cooker has no warranty, in spite of 5 yrs warranty. I have fed up from ur service (Worst service and product)

my chimney is currently not working i had made may call to launch a complaint even mail them also but till now no one had come from the company to make my chimney.
kindly launch a complaint so that my chimney can be repaired as it is coming in the warranty period it self

I bought the pigeon four burner glass top stove in the month of september and one day its glass top has blasted.
Thank god nothing happened to my family member but it was a dangerous situation. I am not sure why such low quality glass was provided which cannot with stand the heat while cooking.
When i called the distributer he said the glass top is not covered under warranty but that is not mentioned on warranty card.
I want to register the complaint against the low quality and cheap product provided by pigeon.

I bought this pigeon induction in 2016 august.. Before the warranty ends around 1st of august i called them but they were non responsive and visiting me after my warranty period got over...
Instead of my repeated request pigeon customer care assured me that the guy named amar will be reporting to you and will resolve your problem.. He came almost after a month of reporting.. Then again after few days pigeon induction wasn't working.. I called them again but they didn't come as of now.. Its been a month...
My second complaint was filed on 21st september as per my whatsapp conversation with the engineer..
And till date they have not taken any action again.

I purchased a hob and chimney on august. Installing this stove on september last week. Its an three (3) burner gas. One burner is not working properly and the gas is totally leaking. I am confused regarding this product (Hob and chimney). Can you pleased to solve my problem. This problems makes unhappy and fear. Can you pleased to give some solution about this problems.

I have bought a pigeon induction cook-top from flipkart after a month that was not starting and then i have registered a complaint on phone to pigeon and after 1.5 week followups one of technician call me and demanding for 150 rs visiting charges after my denial for any cost he says you have to carry your induction on my shop then he can only repair it. I did the same then he repair it. But after 1 day i faces the same problem in induction so i want a permanent solution or return this product. Because now i am irritate from the product and service of pigeon.

1 year back we booked pigeon gas glass top for my sister through snap deal... Yesterday night it was suddenly blasted and glass broken into tiny pieces... After hearing this I checked the manual clearly there is ISI standard.. Means it's manufacturing and following the ISI stds... Then how it is suddenly broken?? Meaning is this pigeon company cheating the people by name of ISI... I called customer care... They given very rash response and saying that for glass top no warranty... I said strongly here warranty is not an issue... How could you manufacture the stove with out proper standards... No reply... She responded very care less... And finally said that she will register a compliant and the service person will come and replace the glass top for the charge... I argued why should we pay?? In this incident any one injured means who will take responsibility?? Mistake is their side and not ready to replace the gas stove and asking charges for changing the glass...manufacture the products carefully... Otherwise plz close ur business

I have this induction plus gas stove hybrid of pigeon which has a glass top. One day while cooking rice with pressure cooker suddenly the glass on the top broke into pieces.
No utensil was touching the glass surface still it got broken. I don't know what kind of product was that. I complained to the customer care and since it was under warranty i asked them to replace it for free but they kept on saying that glass warranty is not covered and you have to pay for it. I agree to that but i was asking for free because it got broken without anything touching it. But still they were adamant. After fighting a lot i had to loose and agreed on paying the charges.
So my complaint was registered, and the technician came and checked that and ordered the glass, said it will come in 4-5 days then i will come and change it.
But today it is more than a month, i keep on calling the technician he says glass is not yet arrived. I took pune's service coordinator's number ravi sidha and he only says that due to gst the billing is not happening so it is taking time. And now he has stopped picking up my calls as well.
Whenever i call customer care they just say we will talk to technician and let you know and then no one comes back.
How much more should i wait, my gas is broken, i am facing a lot of problem.
I want a replacement from pigeon for my gas stove. I can't wait anymore for billing to happen and then get my glass replaced.
I have no other option left but to go to consumer court.

I have raised a request of an issue with pigeon 3 burner gas stove. Technician came and didn't fix the issue and i followed up many time with no response.

Again after a couple of week, another problem happened. I raised the concern and many follow ups been happened. Send multiple emails to the customer care team, share the snaps with the technician who called me to know the complain. Technician says, he will raise a request for replacing the burner. Now its more than a month no one responding to the request.

I guess as they need to replace the stove, so they are being silent. The only reason for silence is to frustrate customer and later customer will stop following an they will save from it. I am not seeing any other reason on this.

Is there anyway i can legally fight with them on this. Please assist as i am not going to be silent on this.

We are suffering from one button leakage & not working properly. Already we complaining about it but not getting any response from your side. Its almost 1 month over to compaint & not using that gas burner. Only 2 burners are used by us. Its very risky to on & off gas because of leakage. We are not safe to handle this in our kitchen. Your company is so bad to not recollect any complaint & work on that. As per your treatement we reliase that you are not taking care of your customer. Its very wrong done by you. If still you not reply then will go to consumer court. Will claim for the same.

I bought pigeon 4 burner gas stove on[protected].. The knobs were loose and there is leakage of gas. I filed a complaint by calling toll free no[protected]. They gave me my complaint number-727258.. This happened on[protected].. Today is 24th may.. Is this what you call as customer service?? You people left us with only two options rather not to cook or to take risk and die as there is leakage of gas.. If you cant do service please stop your production. I strongly recommend not to buy pigeon products. I go it repaired from a local shop.. No service from pegion.

We had purchased a pigeon 2 ltrs wet grinder in the month of august 2015, with five years warranty from naval aarmy canteen. The main complaint of the grinder, the paste is dropped throgh soft at the time of grinding. When i reported to your good engineer mr. Satish there contact no. [protected], +[protected], we were told that our engineer will visit in a day or two at your place and resolve the issues but after being continuous followup at their customer call centre nobody is taking the responsibility of getting it repaired. I request to your good selves rectify the problem at the earliest.
