Planet Honda — Cheating

I received a phone call from Planet Honda,Rajkumar road, Bangalore stating that Free Service offer for my Honda Activa. Accordingly I gave my vehicle for Service at 8.20 A.M. on 17/05/2012.(Yesterday)At this time I asked them to replace front wheel bearing and install electric Buzzer for indicators.they informed me that approximate cost will be Rs.350/-.
i got a phone call from Planet Honda at 3.15 pm. telling that kicker Ratchet,fuel cock and Break Shoe are to be replaced which costs additional of Rs. 650/-. I said O.k.
Again I got a phone call at 5.15 pm.telling that Engine Oil to be replaced. i told them that I changed oil very recently .i went to the service station to collect the Vehicle but surprisingly they told to collect Vehicle tomorrow.at 10AM.I could not able to do many important works which are planned in the evening.
Today I tried to contact Planet Honda at 11.30 AM. for 20 minutes continuously,but i an unable to connect due to faulty line. I received phone call at 1 p.m. That my Vehicle is ready. I visited and enquired about Bill. there was big shock awaiting for me.The bill was Rs.1596/-They added many items which are not told to me.and they taking Customers on ride.as usual two litres of petrol in the tank vanished with traces.
They use this Free Service technique to mint money from their Customers and the Manager Mr. HariKrishna"s behavior is not good. The Invoice No. is12Iw5370 and vehicle No. is KA 02 EW 5818.
