[Resolved] PNB — amount deduction without any intimation | |||
Please note that i am a customer of PNB bank, and i have my account number as [protected] registered on the name of reena malik, this account is of panipat, whose branch is sabji mandi. On 25 mar,2012, i had withdrwan Rs.5000 from delhi ATM, and in morning 26,march 2012, i had withdrawn Rs.1500, after that i haven't done any transaction, but when i checked my account balance on 28 march,2012, my account balance was in negative rs - 3500. So i filed a complaint on the same day regarding this, and after 7 days, i didn't got any satisfactory reply, so i visited the branch recently and contacted there branch manager, So, according to them, i have withdrawn R5000 again on 26-mar,2012 again, and They said your account didnot had balance that why it went into negative, which is totally absurd answer, as my account doesn't have the facility of withdrawing more than the balance, so how it is possible that it went into negative. First of all, i didn't withdraw any amount after Rs1500 on 26-march, but if by mistake also Atm took the instruction to dispatched, the account didnot had the sufficient balance, so it cannot dispathed the cash. In both the cases i didnot recieive my cash. i can totally see its a technical fault from the bank, which they do not want to accept. so , today i.e. 28-april,2012, i again filed a complaint regarding same issue, and the complaint number is 57690273, and on 7th may , i registered my compaint again and the complint number is 57733131. and this also got rejected.
