[Resolved]  PNB ATM — TRANSACTION FAILURE

Dear Sir,


I am Mohammad Islam, an account holder of SBI.
My 10000/- has been deducted from my account during ATM transaction on[protected] from PNB Machine in front of Krishna Institute of Engg & Technology, Ghaziabad-Meerut Road, Muradnagar, Ghaziabad-UP-201206, at time about 17:26 but actually I had not recieved the amount and even the machine have not responded any thing.In the next transaction of Balance enquiry the machine responded Transaction declined.


The details regarding the matter is:

Kindly please fascilitate to get me my money back.

I MADE A TRANSCTION ON DATED 23/07/11 FROM PNB ATM BULANDSHAHR U.P. AT THE LAST MOMENT ATM SHOWS TIME OUT. AND DEDUCTED 8000 FROM MY ACCOUNT OF PNB [protected] AND NOT UPDATED MY ACCOUNT TILL DATED .PNB IS NOT HAVING ANY PROPER CONSUMER REDRESSAL I TOLD TO ASSISTANY MANAGER THAT TOLL FREE NO. HAS NOT GIVEN ME ANY RESPONSE, HE TOLD ME THAT WE DONT KNOW ANYTHING AND YOU SHOULD GO TO BSNL TELEPHONE OFFICE AND COMPLAINT THERE FOR TOLL FREE NO. NOT WORKING . MANAGER WILL NOT BEHAVE ME PROPERLY. I NEED ACTION AGAINST MANAGER . THANKING U
