[Resolved]  PNB — Non crediting of defence pension and DA arrears

Respected Sir,

I have retired from the air force and my pension payment order No 08/14/B12576/2009 issued by joint CDA (AF) New Delhi Forwarded to Punjab National Bank (Karol Bagh Branch) Link Office Karol Bagh (pension) 1st Floor B/O Guruewara Road New Delhi 110005.vide RO/2801/729558/06/09/PW/(SP) Dated 19 Oct 2009. But till date my pension order is not received by my accounts branch at Nagal Raya Janak Puri D Block.You can imagin The amount of Rs 7 Lakh is not creadet in my account So far how should I feel and have opinion about the service and bank.

You are requested to do the needful I will be highly obligated to you.

All Nationalised banks have customer grievance redressel cell for all State/Central Pensioners at thier local controlling office like Circle Office/ Regional Office/ Zonal Office. Hence you may immediately contact the Head of these local controlling offices and get immediate relief.
