[Resolved]  PNB — amount debit from ATM but Rs. not recd

In refrence of the above this is to inform you that I pramod Agnihotri, has been made a complaint in punjab national bank at Rani Bagh Branch Delhi at[protected], as scan comlaint copy attched,

1 .I am maintaing a saving bank account No -[protected]at Rani Bagh branch Delhi

2. as per comlaint I have maid a transaction for Rs.3000 / & 500 / - by ATM at Saket Branch Delhi - on 13.01.2010, Transation ID - S83682989, S86148889 the same amount has been debit from account but not received money from ATM,

3. I have been given writen complaint at my branch, & several times call at PNB Customer care, all time reply met by bank officer that Transanction has been sucsessfull, but fact is that past I have not received amount,

In above subject I request you to plesae consider my problem & credit the ammount with compansation,

i am SBI atm dabit card customer. today when i inseart atm card in PNB atm(Gomti nagar, patrakarpuram, lucknow) for Rs.300 cash withdrawl than transaction did not complete than i went SBI atm and inseart atm card for balance inquiry than Rs.320 already decreased from my A/c. so please solve my problome as soon as posible..
