Dear Sir,
Ihad made a combined FD that of my wife and myself in Punjab National Bank, Nehru Nagar, Ghaziabad(UP) at[protected] and they (P.N.B.) made my FD @ intrest 9.5% . No body told us and neither mentiond anywhere that when I broke my FD at a premature time they will pay us at some different rate of interest.
I would like to bring to your notice that when I wanted to open OD account against my FD, I was answred that the staff was not available and it would take 3-4 days of time, whereas I wanted my a/c immediately as I wanted to deposit the required money to my wife's business, which is at initial stages, and my wife had commited to give the money to company personnel, but, we were not able to do so as our a/c was not opened by bank manager Mr.Goel, then we decided to break our FD, and I asked for the interest rate, they promised us to pay according to our FD interest rate, but when I GOT THE DRAFT, I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE THE DRAFT AMOUNT.

Sir i am feeling cheated, So, I request you to compensate my loss of 21, 000 with some penalty to the bank, so that no body in future could be cheated.

i tried to withdraw Rs.2000/- cash from ATM counter (ATM Code: 3476 of PNB sokh adha bagbhadur mathura, U.P. Card is issued on jan. 2009 . my debit card no.[protected], issued by PNB, Branch sokh adha bagbhadur chowki, mathura.
Though the ATM was not printing any document still I continued and at last after some mechanical sound it gave message ‘Unable to process’.
there was slip delivered by ATM, on request they have checked their internal “ATM Roll” for verification and declared the following:

Unable to Process
Savings A/c (No. 183800-[protected]) with you.
I have applied to the concerned PNB branch but there was no response till date.
I shall be highly obliged if you kindly look into the matter and take necessary steps to get the amount
