Hi,
i have applied for home loan of 50 lacs with DCB Bank in march and during discussion I have paid 50000 in cash to thr manager hassan musavir [protected]. he told me that due to issues in my civil report this amont will be paid to get approval. and if not, he assured me that he will get my case approved from other bank.
I have not got sanction from any bank till date..mr musavir is not answering to my calls also..I dnt know...

Hello sir,

I've taken home loan from DCB Bank 18 months ago and also I'm paying emi on time but right now I want to transfer this home loan to other bank so I've raise a request for my fore closure letter via DCB customer care and customer executive told me that your request is in process and you will receive fore closure letter on 15th June and your RM will call you for the same within 7 days.

But it is already 17th June neither I’ve received fore closure letter nor any person tried to call me even I have called to many times for the same. please sir look into this matter I’m giving loan details below

It has been since 2 months I am requesting to Bank for my foreclosure, so that I can close my housing loan and return the original sale deed from Bank. Bank is not responding and told call to customer care executive. Customer Care executive giving me time and time but till now I have not received my foreclosure. I also mailed to their concern ID. But there is no result. No one is responding my request. For this reason I am suffering 2000/- penalty in a month and my time waste.

Myself Mahesh b jadav my home loan continue from 2020 in dcb bank now I want to transfer my home loan to other bank. For that i already apliyed before 2 months for foreclosure statement but till I don't get foreclosure statement. I oftenly contect to customer care they say work under process. Pls do needful.

We deposited one FD each in the name of Ravinder Kumar Rohilla and Asha Rohilla in DCB Bank, MG Road Bangalore. These FDs matured on 13.1.23. On maturity the deposited maturity value in my HDFC Bank. We found that they deducted Rs.21024 from each of our FDs. On enquiry they are unable to give any satisfying reply. They are not able to provide Form 16A for the last quarters of FY 22-23. We are put to lot of harassment from maturity. We are Senior Citizens and they don't bother for it. We request to register our complaint and take it seriously.

FUTHER to our griveance A s per axis bank instruction we have deposited DD, in absence of foreclsoure letter, DD in favor of dcb bank acc 023XXXXXXX0189 in DCB Bank Mahim Branch on 9 th March 2023 which has been returned with remarks invalid payee name. And asked to issue fresh in favour of Mr Kamlakar Narayan Mohite loan a/c number .023XXXXXXX0189 This is another harrasment. Always this is the way payments are made . Axis Bank inform us that they have issued similar way another 2 DD for transfer of DCB Bank Loan account which were honoured by Bank. Please make note of same

I undersigned kamlakar n mohite proprietor of om sai travels... Availed a loan of rs 1, 21, 00, 000 only.. From your dcb nariman point branch. However i am very much fed-up due to your irresponsible non cooperative bank officers.

I had a lot of difficulties during the lockdown period. Not ready to provide me with help offered by pm offices. Ultimately i have decided to switch over to axis bank accordingly. My loan was on loan sanction date 20 jan 2023 and after discussing with your officers dd of rs 81, 90, 500.00 only issued in your dcb bank favour. As on 28/01/2023 dd received 28/01/2023.

On 04/ /02/2023. Date i along with axis bank officer went to your.. Nairman point office and we have been asked to go to. Kanjurmarg. Accordingly we went there then we were told your pre closer is not ready please collect on 14 th february. Meantime i have been compelled to honour your emi amount due on 7 th february
There after i have contacted sevaral time but no one is responding. Again tomorrow on 8 th the next emi will be due. Now enough is enough.
I want justice. Axis bank dd is still with me. Also your branch is threatening to charge pre closure charges. So you are requested to look into the matter and resolve the issue with compensation to me for the harassment and wastage of my precious valuable time.
Today is 15/03/2023 no foreclosure

My cousin Ravi Rai applied loan from DCB Bank got a sanctioned letter @10.45% due to high rate of interest he denied to take a loan( shared multiple mail to bank team for closure of process)during complete process Sunil made multiple fake commitment.

Without Ravi’s wife presence in Mumbai Sunil made fake signatures and submitted for further process.

My car MH01DT7188 (Hyundai Alcazar) insurance policy was issued forcefully without my consent. On raising issues the General Manager asked me to go out of showroom inspite of calling me for delivery on that day. It was Modi Hyundai Malad Mumbai Center. Very rude GM. Dd made but not printed and signed till next day for take over. Gst bill should be available by 31.01.2022 but not available till 29.04.22 even on demand. Dustomer care is demanding time till 20.05.22.Disbursement detail is not available even on demand.

My cc account is in the dcb bank my acc no is[protected] and named shri venkatesh enterprises and the bank od limit is 7500000 station amount . the branch maneger is not inform mi the 4% forecloser charge at the star my lone they are sined the all huse dacument they are not disscuss mi the fourcloser charges and 2 years letter when me close my accunt at that time they says me, u can close your od but u paid the forecloser charges amount is 475000.00 this amount is huse plese help me .

MySelf SANKET SHARMA My Account No.[protected]. This account exist in Majitha Road, Ghala Mala chowk, Amritsar Branch. I have taken OD Loan limit against gold in January 2021 and i always serve monthly interest on time but January 2022 onwards DCB Bank reduced my OD limit from 90% to 75% without any prior intimation and my consent.
Please share reasons for reducing limit although I have been making my interest payments time to time.
I am being pressurized by bank to pay the difference amount but I am not in a position to pay due to family obligations.
