On dated[protected] Panjab National Bank debited 20000 from two saving accounts of my family 10000 each when it was bring in Bank manger Mr Badoula's notice he said that he has no time to look this matter and he said me to sit out side of his office.
There are five saving accounts of my family in Panjab National Bank , A/c [protected] by Dr. Suresh Singh Naruka and A/c no.[protected] by Mrs Urmila Devi Naruka ,are the accounts in which amount of 10000 was debited and shown as ATM withdrawal but actually amount was not withdrawn,when i met to mr Badoula manager PNB Madanganj-Kishangarh {Ajmer},he said that he has no time to look this matter and he said me to sit out side of his office.after waiting an hour he said that there is no use of lodge complaint and he could not do nothing in this matter,he directed me that there is a toll free number on which i can lodge my complaint and he did not gave me any satisfactory answer.
after that i have lodged my complaint on toll free number and the complaint no.are 54792375,54792425 but still there is no progress and amount still not paid in above mentioned account.
i want to take your kind attention that a customer opens an account in bank on his credit and this is literally injustice with a customer and bank is liable for the amount deposited in bank and bank official should give satisfactory answer to his customers and should not forget his duties towards customer.
Please take necessary action against bank official and system and arrange to direct bank to deposit deducted amount as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? |
