WHY THERE IS HARRASEMENT OF CUSTOMERS PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK, BO-NANGAL RAYA, JANAK PURI. NEW DELHI. 1. TRANSFER OF CHEQUES OF THE SAME BANK ARE NOT PAID/TRANSFERRED ACROSS THE COUNTER IMMEDIATELY. TAKES 2-3 DAYS. 2. PASSBOOKS ARE NO COMPLETED AFTER MAKING PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITED CASH ACROSS THE COUNTER AT THE TIME OF DEALING. 3. WHY ALL THE WORK RELATED TO MANAGER POWER PUT ON NEXT DAY? EITHER IT IS ATTESTATION OF SIGNATURE, OPERATION OF LOCKER AND ANY QUERY RELATED TO LOANS AND IT IS SAID THAT I AM NOT A LOAN PERSON. STAFF IS SHORT AND I DON'T KNOW WHO WILL DO THIS WORK. 4. HOUSEKEEPING OF THE BRANCH IS SO POOR THAT THE OPENING TIME OF THE BRANCH IS NOT BROOMED AND THERE DUST EVERYWHERE. IT SEEMS THAT NO SWEEPER IS POSTED.IT DEFAMES THE NAME OF THE BANK. I am fully agree with you, I also faced this kind of problem many times.
When I complaint to manager ...He said there is a short of staff, he is not polite with Bank Customers, Nobody is Here to help old age persons to guide.
Manager will work only when Customers were angry.
