[Resolved]  PNB — Non payment of revised pension+Arrears+Capitalized Value

Dear Sir's,
Myself is jagannath Sharma having a pension account being account no-[protected] with Punjab national bank Simli (Bihta Branch)
My relationship with this branch is approx 30 years with another saving bank account.
Sir,
My service pension has been revised vide PCDA (pensions) vide their Corr PPO No.C/CORR/ENG/32926/2010 PPO NO 16989/2006dt 18 Jun 2010 and copy has been forwarded to PNB,Patna Main Branch. Then after the same copy is forwarded to my base branch Bihta.When i visit the branch for the same query the behaviour of the branch official including the branch manager is very same full. First of all they replied the person looking for this segment is coming once in a month so any work related with pension he will look into it.
On 4th Sep 2010 I came to know from the entry of my pension pass book that my revised pension, arrears and capitalized value has not been credited its only 18362/- only even after two months of receipt of above PPO in their banks.
When ask about the detail of 18362/- they refuse to tell me. When i ask about the rest amount they are misbehaving with me.Actually i want to give your kind attentions in this branch few officer are working for very long time they do not worry about us. They don’t have any time table the branch opens at 11am and closed on 4pm.
Sir one thing more i want to know from your side that a pension account could be joint or not. In this account they refuse to joint my wife’s name by saying the pension account is not joint but my knowledge is by the guideline of RBI single account should me a nomination otherwise it should be a joint account. But there is no nomination for this account also.
Sir i am suffering form the branch due to his misbehaviour relationship i am mentally harass as i am senior citizen unable to go to the branch regular basis. I have plan for purchase a land in my town i have done the agreement. The land owner is regularly demanding for the money and ii am waiting for the same by the bank.
Dear Sir,
I request you to kindly look into the matter so as to enable me to get my due amount of my revised pension, arrears and capitalized value w/o any further delay.

Pls Revert as soon as possible.
