PNB — Returning money

Sir/madam,

With regards I Gaurav, did a transaction from RBS atm, Alaknanda ,Delhi of Rs 2200 on[protected].The transaction was not successful but at the same time the above mentioned sum of money was deducted from my account.
I did complaints on regular basis on your side.Its been more than 45 days since the money was deducted.I,therefore, request you to kindly transfer the money to my account.I expect a response from your side as soon as possible.
