[Resolved]  Polar Fan — Kolkata service centre not attending within warranty period

I am a customer of Polar fan.
I purchased a Polar Ceiling fan from Shree Ganesh Enterprise, 22B Rabindra Sarani, Shop No. G-13, Kolkata 73, on 24.04.08. It has 2 years warranty.
Till date the fan has malfunctioned three times. In the earlier two times we lodged complaint to their Kolkata service centre over phone and they attended and repaired the fan.

This time again we have lodged a complaint on 02.06.09 at 11 AM (complaint number 1473), but their service centre is sending no one to solve the problem. We have requested them repeatedly but no action has been taken. I am sorry to say that one of their staff has even misbehaved with us. I have contacted their "service in-charge" and he said that he will call us back to state why no action has been taken so far. But he has not contacted us.
In this summer, without a properly working fan, our lives have become miserable. Expecting an early action in favour of a suffering consumer...

I have purchased a POLAR make celling vide Cash memeo no : 1590 dt :[protected] from M/s. Avik Enterprise, Behala, Kolkata - 700 034.

I have lodged a complaint over telephone (nos : 22252480 &[protected] & spoke to a representative namedMr. Amit.

Howver, your servicemen have not attended and you are hardly reachable over phone.

So please get in touch with me at : 24970089 & please attend the complain.

I had taken 4 fans 1.5 years back with 7 year warantee, including 2 years full replacement guarantee.
One fan seems to have manufacturing defect. We called them once and they corrected something in the fan so that it started working. But fault did not go away. The fan vibrates a lot. We did not use it for a while.
For last 3 months, I have been complaining. The customer centre says that they have given up as polar company is not giving them any spare parts. They seem to have 6 registers full of complaints.
The company is fraud. Please don't buy polar fan.

I purchased a Polar 9" exhaust fan from HILTON 305, D.H Road, (Behala) Kolkata- 700034, on 23.04.2011.It has 2 years warranty.
Exhaust fan still moving noisily, My complaint no1392. Your technician was came and told me motor has to be change.He advice me, again you have to call service center and told them technician said to change the motor because motor still moving noisily.I did on 21/06/2012.Then after several time call to service center but they told me.They send the technician in this weak for rectification, But unfortunate no rectified from polar service center.
