Polar ceiling fan not working within six months
We have contacted toll free several times but he did not take any step to send service person at our residence. Your service very poor and customers not satisfied.

I bought a table fan (annexure multi purpose fan) it started producing so much noise in 2 weeks. I called the customer care immediately and since then I've been making calls for 3 weeks (daily) and they say they will come, but no one comes. They stopped picking up my calls too. Very pathetic customer service. I would never recommend any customer to buy a product from polar electric.

polar 9" multi proper fan
I purchased the above fan on 7-may-18 from rathna electricals, t nagar chennai. They have recommended strongly to buy this fan as this is the best fan for kitchen and told me there won't be any repair for this fan.
But the fan was working only 20 days and from 28-may-18 onwards, it was not working. I made a complaint to polar fan no.[protected] and they gave me a ref chennai218 and will be resolved within 2 days. Again i contact after two days i. E. 31-may-18, they said technician will contact you. But, nobody has contacted me. Again i made a complaint on 2-jun-18 at 11.30 am, 12.30 am and the response from the phone officer is very worst. Then i contact aroung 1.30 pm and asked her name. She said her name is neha and she said you can contact the chennai zone office and kept the phone down reluctantly. Is this the response from your phone officer?
Will you rectify the repair or you want me to go to consumer court?
Such a small problem is not being rectified by you and you are propagating so much of your products? Please help me to sol ve the issue immediately.

Polar fan service negligence

Recently on june 1, 2017 i had been to your service centre at t. S.111, sidco industrial estate, ekkadu thangal, chennai – 600032 for servicing of my ceiling fan. I am 70 years old. The place is about 14 km from my residence. When i entered the service centre at about 10.30 a. M, neither the godown cum service-in-charge nor the technician was receptive and enquired about the problem. When i conveyed about the problem about the working of the fan the technician told me to keep it there and he would examine and inform me over phone about the problem as also the service charge after a week. Their attitude was highly indifferent. On my repeated request, the technician, as if he was doing a special favour to me, examined the fan and conveyed to me that the shaft was not alright and got jammed and it would take one week to get it rectified. A ten minutes job would take one week. Wonderful attitude!!. Earlier the company was not like this. They do it immediately without unnecessarily making the customer wait. Earlier my house was completely fitted with polar fan. Now i have totally changed with crompton fan.in this connection i would like to suggest the following.
A) strictly convey to your staff to be courteous and respectful to your customers or else whatever little market you are having also you will lose.
B) small complaints are to be attended to immediately and disposed of.
Pl arrange to deliver my fan to my residence as i am informed that there is no spare available.

Fan speed from the date of purchase is very low. Once his motor are also replaced but the problem is till stand.

I have approached bhubaneswar branch to extend service to 5 nos. Polar fans a monthbefore. But they are telling that no spare is available.As such they are not providing service yet. This is a serious negligence for which we are suffering. . P.N.Choudhury cell[protected]

Worst response from service centre
Dear Sir,
I purchased a polar fan from BAJAJCO Kestopur Kolkata with 2 years warranty. This time fan making noise and speed become very slow. I registered complain at kolkata service centre by phone in the last year but till now nobody came to attend. So I have registered complain again (No. 5750) on 10 March 2010 but no response yet. I request senior management should go through this matter.

Fan is maiking too much noice
My fan is not working . it is making too much noice i have complaint to there service centre my compleint no . is 1596 at ph. no [protected] they are saying aap ka dil behlane ke liye humm kaha rahe hai ki aaj aajayega humara service enginer and this process is going on frm last 5 days . one can emigne hw can a person sleep in summer without a fan

My fan which we brought 1 month ago is making too much noise...We lodged a complaint a day ago [complaint no. f42], we informed the service center but no response from them.
They keep on posponding the service which is to be done as soon as possible.
Hope action wil be taken as soon as possible ...

I have purchase a fan through CSD canteen which is makling noise while running.
I approached to CSD staff and ask to changed but they have refused to change.
Hope that I get satishfactory response to change the fan.

WORST QUALITY " POLAR CEILING FAN "
Dear Sir,
I have purchase a POLAR fan through CSD canteen HVF, Avadi, chennai and using for 2 years.
Yesterday fan rod got broken and fall down in my hall.God grace we are working in computer room and no one was injured.
I NEVER SEEN THIS KIND OF POOR QUALITY FAN earlier " POLAR FAN".
Will i register this case in Consumer court for damaging my floor ?

I gave complaint at [protected] service center about polar fan service which not under grantee.
They refused to send person they says if you bring here we will do it but I can not open the fan
I felt very bad that even reputed company give such reply please pass my massage to the chairman of this

service centre not responding
By profession I am engg..People from service of Polar Dept.Faridabad Harayana are saying that they don`t have spare part of Polar fan (as they are manufacturing co.) and I don`t understand what spare part they need for repair...only two thing are required a capacitor and motor.This is response in warranty

I had purchase 4 polar ceiling fans on 25/02/2005 with 7 years warranty. Till now all my 4 fans have stopped working. I am staying in Vikas Puri, New Delhi. Their service centers are not available. I am surprise to see the quality of service being provided by POLAR. Even Polar website is not operational. Please help me to get these fans repaired. My email is [protected]@rediffmail.com. Request all the consumer not go purchase any item manufactured by POLAR.
i am srinivas from vijayawada, i purchased polar wall fan mystral, 1 year back i got a problem with this fan, motor has been replaced by service center, right now same complaint will accur, i went to the polar authorised service center people are saying they dont have spares, what can i do, with out spares how the selling, is the polar company is a manufacture or road side electrical machanic shop?

Non attanding complaint withi warranty
I am a customer of Polar fan.
I purchased a Polar Ceiling fan (Winchester, High Bridge white, Fan No-18678) from Raj Watch & Music Center, Near Pocket D&E, Sarita Vihar, New Delhi on 11.08.05. It has 7 years warranty.
In the earlier two times we lodged complaint to their Delhi service centre over phone no. 22788839, 22776093 and they lodge my complain and provide to me complain no. 1270 on 21.05.09.
But their service centre is sending no one to solve the problem. We have requested them repeatedly but no action has been taken. I talked to Delhi Head people on mobile [protected] and he told your complain will be attended within 1-2 days but still my complaint is pending. So many times i called to Delhi head but no action has been taken so far. In this summer, without a properly working fan, our lives have become miserable. Expecting an early action in favour of a suffering consumer...

I purchased a Polar Ceiling fan from Shree Ganesh Enterprise, 22B Rabindra Sarani, Shop No. G-13, Kolkata 73, on 24.04.08. It has 2 years warranty.
Till date the fan has malfunctioned three times. In the earlier two times we lodged complaint to their Kolkata service centre over phone and they attended and repaired the fan.
This time again we have lodged a complaint on 02.06.09 at 11 AM (complaint number 1473), but their service centre is sending no one to solve the problem. We have requested them repeatedly but no action has been taken. I am sorry to say that one of their staff has even misbehaved with us. I have contacted their "service in-charge" and he said that he will call us back to state why no action has been taken so far. But he has not contacted us.
In this summer, without a properly working fan, our lives have become miserable. Expecting an early action in favour of a suffering consumer...

I had taken 4 fans 1.5 years back with 7 year warantee, including 2 years full replacement guarantee.
One fan seems to have manufacturing defect. We called them once and they corrected something in the fan so that it started working. But fault did not go away. The fan vibrates a lot. We did not use it for a while.
For last 3 months, I have been complaining. The customer centre says that they have given up as polar company is not giving them any spare parts. They seem to have 6 registers full of complaints.
The company is fraud. Please don't buy polar fan.

Exhaust fan still moving noisily, My complaint no1392.
