I have ordered for Polo Wrist Wach (Product Code No 7586) under the 'Scratch 'n' Win offr' through SBI card. The payment of Rs. 499.00 has also been made through my SBI card on 16 Oct 2009. As per your terms the product will be supplied within 21 days but the same has not been recd till date.
