Blander Mistake while going to Poonam furniture

Hi Folks, I want to share my worst experience with Poonam furniture, Poonam furniture in BTM Layout (opposite Jayadeva) simply sucks and they other shops in Bangalore as well.. So be aware of that Poonam furniture.

We gave our wooden work to Poonam furniture so first of all I will explain about that shop owner -Mr. Kishore who is the owner of that shop what I can say about that guy a clever, corrupt, and selfish guy, who thinks about himself a smart guys but unfortunately he is not. He gives pain to his customers while doing the false promising and he never ever fulfill his commitments.

About Work: - They so un professionals, who do not know what they have to do and what they are doing, they will show you very good catalogs about designs and others but when real work will come in front of you the you will repent that why you gave your work to them simply waste. And forget the delivery dates what ever the dates you will get from Mr kishore who owns the shop, as I said he is very clever guy he will never ever gives the delivery on due date and your can add simply 45 days more on that you can think of more even in that as well...

Just to update you that what ever furniture they have their in big showroom that is also waste as well, heard that they use the MIX bad quality wood in to that, so don’t think that I am mentioning that they screwed my work but the same thing I get to know about their own workers who do all that things.

So It’s really really waste..Would recommend not to go even not to think about Poonam furniture.

jab mene house ko dekha tha tab bahut hi achhchha tha...
phir mene house ke liye lone apply kiya.. usko 2 months jes ho gaya.
tab tak me mere baju me naya flate ka constroction huva... uski baje se mene jo house ko liya he uska florring pura bigad gaya...
jab loan aa gayi aur buildder ko pura payment ho gaya aur dastavej registor ho gay .
uske bad usne muje lok ki key di... jab mene dekha ki uska abhi florring pura bigad gaya he ... mene usko complain kiya to bas woh muje samja ye ja raha heeeeeee ... lekin mene use bola ki muje florring ka levling phir se karvado woh nahi karva raha he ..
abhi muje uske liye kaha complain karni he aur kai se karni he who thoda sagesstion chahiye.

Poonam Furniture House — Extremely Bad Service

I had purchased an office chair from Poonam Furniture House, in BTM layout, Bangalore[protected]/4) in early February for about Rs.8,500 and one week after they delivered the chair, the fabric from the handles started peeling off. After about 20 days of continous followup and visiting the store, they picked up the handles after dismantling the chair and promised delivering new handles within 15 days. It has been more than 2 months now and I havent got a firm reply from them about when they will be delivering the handles. Every week they give me a new delivery date and I am yet to get the replacement. My chair is in dismantled condition and I have given up trying to call them and get a different explanation everytime I talk to them.

Please help.

I agree with the above post about Poonam Furniture House located in BTM, near Jayadeva Flyover in Bangalore. They are cheats. They talk politely until an order is placed with them. Once the advance has been paid to them, they start mistreating their customers. You will have to start going around their shop everyday and fight with them for delivery. During some of my visits to their shop, I also met other people who were facing the same problems with respect to delivery and quality. They were frustrated too. They don't deliver anything on time. The delay can be as much as 3 to 5 times the promised delivery time. When they say they will deliver something in 10 days. They may take a month to month and half to deliver. When they finally deliver something, it's very cheap quality stuff that they deliver. The people at their shop, especially Shiva Raj is a big big a$$-H0le. He is almost like a street thug who will not hesitate to even beat you up. Kishore Buxani is an too, he never keeps his word. Diwakar is a piece of crap.

They have another shop near "Chikkathogur Gate, electronic City Post, Hosur Main Road, Opp. Jubilant Motors, Bangalore".

I only wish I should have searched for their shop name on the internet before stepping into their shop. I would have definitely seen the above post and walked away. Now I am regretting for not having done so.

Never ever buy anything from their shop. Don't even bother stepping into their shops.
