Poonam Furniture House — very poor response once you pay an advance amount for an item

Upto you pay an advance amount for an item, they (Poonam furniture) will talk so nicely. Once you pay the advance amount, you would not get any response from them. My suggestion is that you can buy an item if it is available; if not there, please do not pay any advance. I have lost my advance amount paid.
Very poor response.
Price also more compared to other shops.
