My Booking Number is 258 given by the computerised system from Poonam Gas Agency, Shakurpur, Delhi, but till date 11-Feb-2010, I have not recieved the refilled cylender. Please check the record and tell me why so late in delivery. Why your complaint number is not available in your website or your previous reciepts?

Can we go for it claim in consumer court ? For delay so late .

The Phone Number of the Owner of Poonam Gas Agency is not given on the website or in the delivery slip then how can talk by phone ? Please tell me.

I am trying to book my gas cylinder from 1st january but after booking no reply till date no delivery till date, no any response on phone no.[protected],[protected],[protected].
my consumer no P-48724.
all the efforts are vain

I am trying to book my gas cylinder from 6 Jan 2011 but no body pick the phone if phone is connected otherwise all phone were busy all the time. The facility of 24 hours booking no. the booked the cylinder but when we ask for delivery, Poonam gas unable to find the detail when book the cylinder. Now tell us where we can go for solve the problem.

I agree with the complainant these people give delivery to wrong persons.delivery boy are bringing a bad name to this good ageny.Ibooked a cylinder on 03.08.2011 consumer no 00469, the delievery boy gave it to some one in black on 05.08.2011.I did not get the delivery.wILL THE AUTHORITY IN POONAM GAS LOOK IN TO IT
