I received cylinder every month with sealed open, when i asked the guy to bring the weight machine & show the weight every time he told us seal was open at warehouse, if you want to keep the cylinder keep otherwise i will take it out. Today he told us i am bringing weighing machine than he gayab,, every month we are receiving underweight cylinder, i don't know how these guys do this although it's there daily business. I received the cylinder today, when the guy came with the cylinder he weighed the cylinder on his spring balance and the reading said 30 kg but when i weighed it in my home it was about 23 kg, i don't know how these guys do this although it's there daily business. As a customer i just want this thing to be resolved as soon as possible....

This is the regarding the Poonam Gas Agency,Gola Ka Mindir ,Gwalior who is agency of Indane Gas.The phone no of the agency always found busy reason is that they always keep the receiver out.and when I told him why u keep like this they are using bed language.U can also check at any time the phone no of the agency are[protected] and[protected].
