Sub : Negligent and irregular in his work (Mohan Garden Postman)
Sir,
I want to draw your kind attention towards the negligent working of Mohan garden Postman, the postman of this area. He is quite irregular and negligent in his work. He does not deliver the letters and parcels on daily basis. He never arrives in time. He often throws the letters either in the purchoon shop or hands them over to the children playing in the streets. Many times the letters are lost. This irregular and late delivery of letters has caused business loss to some people. This is a matter of great concern and can cause great loss to any resident. On many occasions, this postman has been warned to mend his ways but he pays a deaf ear to the warnings of the residents.
He is also rude in his behaviour and wants some money as a gratification, whenever he delivers a money order, or some other document sent by the registered post. Today, I received my interview letter bearing the date stamp of your post office of one monts back. So I lost my interview chance.
In the light of above facts, may I request you to instruct him to discharge his duties as a postman more responsibly and sincerely?
Kindly take necessary action in this matter and change mohan garden Postman be transferred to some other area, lest he should take revengeful action against some of the residents.

Because of their carelessness i have not received my Bank letter at my home. I live in Uttam Nagar. I never get my admit card of various entrance exam. This Bank letter is really very very Urgent without that i cannot get my passbook, my ATM and all necessary document. My letter goes back to the bank and its take around 1 and half month for bank to receive this letter back. I am suffering b/w two: bank and post office service.
I want you to take some necessary step against these kind of delay.

I live in R -27maharani enclave hastsaal Uttam Nagar MY CURRENT SPEED POST NO EP[protected]IN booked from Ludhiana on date 9/10 this parcel till date not delivered as per site detail door locket this is a worng information.Every time my parcel has return and we are received same parcel through courrier at same address. continuously we are trying to call post office at following no[protected]/25353598 but call not picked we request you to check and clear the matter immediate

Ye D.K.Mohan Gdn post office wale pure nikmme baithe hai.
Mera pan card ka kaam hai or mere saare client ka pan card next day return kar dete hai. Or mujhe customer ko paise refund karna parata h.

Or remark daal dete hai, no one at home, door lock, address insuff. Etc. Jabki ye saale kisi ke ghar jaate nhi.

Now they are return my health policy. Next day and remark door lock intimation server. But we all are available any time at home.

Request from concern person please take action against this all type of lazy post man or delivery persons.

My remark "Modi ji akele desh nhi padal sakte, sabhi ko apni jimmedaari imaandaari se karni padegi".
