This is kindly to inform you that i am Deewakar kumar E-25 vikas kunj vikas nager new Delhi-110059 .I would like to say that these days ration card is being delivered. BUT POSTMAN IS ASKING 50RS IN INSTEAD OF RATION CARD.One side our prime minister(narender modi) want ride off curppotion our india. Which literally pathetic for our society.
