[Resolved]  Post office India — claim of nss account

Dear Sir,
It seems that there is no place for honesty.
My father Lt.Shambhunath Pandey expired on[protected] and had a NSS account in the Ukai dam post office (Sonegadh dist-Surat).
Details are as follows:-
Name:-Shambhunath Mukteshwar Pandey
Acct. no:-59446
Nomination:- no
I have submitted all forms by completing in every respect on 19/11/2010 to the local post office to claim the money in the name of my mother.
On 20/11/2010 the local post office dispatched all forms to bardoli (dist-surat) head post office.
After 20 days I went to bardoli PO and they were saying no any form received.
I inquired it to the local PO-Ukai and they show me the proof that the form is dispatched with reg. no:-3249 on 20/11/2010.
Now the Bardoli PO is saying that they are not finding the form and the concerned person is not there as gone for training.The postmaster of Bardoli is saying that he will check out but he took 15 days from me.
But I do not have faith because the person is counting the retirement age.
The RBI says that the claim process should be settled in 15 days but these people do not work according to RBI guidelines.
Now can any-body suggest me what to do ?
Complaining this to govt.body is not going to resolve the issue because all are same.
I want my father's money in the name of my mother as soon as possible because I am running out of money and for these rubbish issues I even left my job.
