Post Office Ludhiana — loss of article

postman of doraha delivered a parcel no.CW[protected]US dated[protected] which was torn and not packed properly.I denied to receive the parcel because parcel was empty and valuables were missing.post master of doraha took the same and send the parcel to ludhiana having reference no.[protected]N.It was a big loss for me which costs around Rs.60000 only but till date nothing went in my favour.
