Post Office Ludhiana — Harassment

With six rounds of post office, i couldn't get ppf account nomination done. Every time new discrepancy is pointed out. Today she said third person cannot submit, yesterday she said i need new forms. Once she objected for writing in hindi. Please see i am fed up.
