Nither i am a customer nor i am a Dealer. What i can tell you is How Can Dealers Pay you Discount Money. If they are Not Getting There Money From Bulders. And how can Bulders pay when they are not Able to work on Project. Every One know the condition of Noida Extension. If they are Offering you 20000 rs Thats Good coz they have even not got a signal RS from Builders. coz of Land Dispute in Noida. Rahul

Dear Sourav, One more case of case of Fraud, cheat and harassment against Pragati Infratech
Hi I've booked a 2bhk in Nirala Aspire D3- 1601 Noida Extention
through Pragati infratech Vikash/Manoj.
At the time of booking I was committed that discounted amount Rs 30000/ would be paid once I'll complete 15 %.
After my completion of 15 % amount, Pragati committed to adjust amount in total cost of flat in agreement letter but at the time of agreement
they again changed their promise and committed to give discounted amount once I'll complete 40%.
It has been now approx. 4 month I have given 45 % to Nirala but still I am not getting any communication at their end on same.
Even Mr Vikash who is authorized person not responding my mails or phone calls, trying so long. Under such circumstances I've decided to take legal help.
I request to other people also who are having similar case please share I'll take it to the court.

I had also booked two flats from pragati infratech in panchsheel greens-l, As they had given me credit note against my discount .They had given me all the payment on due time so i dont think that they are fraud or
misguided to any freind or relatives of mine who are booked flats from them.I am very satisfied from there after sales or pre sales services
So i advice you that keep patience and contact them, surely they will short out your problem
