One similar case against Pragati Infratech which I've noticed on same site...
Myself Sourav booked a Apartment at Amrapali golf homes through Pragati Infratech as they have offered me a discount of 23rs /sqft * 1425= 32775 and offered me a post dated Cheque number 0874841 of ING which has been bounced back dated 5/2/2011 . It was the discounted cheque offered to me against my booking at Amrapali golf homes in tower 1103. I have tried to call Mr Manish in the numbers available but all are unreachable. But after several mails to [protected]@pragatiinfratech.com; [protected]@pragatiinfratech.com; manish.[protected]@pragatiinfratech.com and co-ordinating Mr Vikash only rs 20, 000 is offered to me and rest they promised to settle the remaining amount by March2011. But till date they have not provided the same and I feel that i am under fraud hands. Please help me out to start inquiry against Pragati Infratech and file case. I am harrased, depressed and ignored . A case of Fraud, cheat and harrashment needs to be filed.

After my long follow up of 11 months, I could receive my money in Oct 2013.
However, I would suggest them to avoid such dealings as in long term it would be more profitable to them.

Thanks for your all help to get my money back, what ever I mentioned was all for Pragati infratech, I was misguided by Manoj at the time of booking. I putted your name as you were not responding to my mail or phone calls, I thought you intend to do so.
However, I appreciate your patience as in spite of my so rude behaviour you were polite and gentle.
