[Resolved] Prathana Gas Agency — Delay in gas supply | |
I booked gas three weeks ago and my waiting list number is 310 but till date gas delivery was not done and from 13.09.08 daily I am ringing to their office and request them to deliver the gas and I was informed that it will be done by today itself but it was not done so and then 19.09.08 I went directly to their office and enquired regarding the delay in supply and I was informed that the person who is giving delivery to Ragava Nagar was on leave for one week and on 20.09.08 he will be coming to deliver the gas. but till date the gas was not delivered and when I am trying to contact with the following numbers[protected], 22242678,[protected] either it was engaged or not answered. Kindly take necessary action because the problem is happening most frequently with prathana gas moovarsampet. My consumer number is : 27817 Prathana Gas agency, Moovarsampet. Prathana Gas Agency — Trying to Book Cylinder- Not picking up the phone
Hi,My wife and I were trying to reach "Prathana Gas Agency" through phone[protected]/[protected] for the last 2 weeks, at least 15 times. The agency never pick up the phone...the phone is either ringing or with engages tone. Please look in this.

Prathana Gas Agency — abnormal delay in supply of gas
Prathana Gas Agency an Indane Gas distributor who have office at Moovarasanpet Chennai 91 They are supplying the gas abnormal delay. I have booked gas last 4.3.08 till date gas not supplied. Everey day i contacted them regarding the supply of gas they told that today we would sent it but they dont sent . Take necessary action against them. My customer number is 23819 Phone call is not being attended by Prathan Gas Agency always. Eventhough the phone is ringing they are not attending. Prathana Gas Agency — Delay in Delivery
Dear SirI have a Gas connection with M/s Prathna Gas Ageny at Air Force Road N.I.T Faridabad .bearing Consumer No. 17133. I have booked my gas on 11.06.10 till date I have not received my cylender delievery. Everyday I am getting assurance from my agency that their boy has left with cylender and you will get it today. This is happening from the last 6 days.
Please look into it and take necessary action against the Gas Agency.

Prathana Gas Agency — Supply of Gas
My gas connection was transferred from Rani Gas Agency on 12th Jan 2008. I was supposed to get the supply in four days. But to date I have not received it. Everyday when we call they keep saying that it will come today and they have a short supply. Why is it happening only with this agency? Why was my agency transferred when you cannot handle the supply for your present customers. This is my first experience with your agency and I hope it will not continue in this manner.Thank you,
