This is ILLEGAL MLM concept and a PONZI scheme.
I have compalined to the authorities about this. How can you take money in the pretext of some stupid and non-sense survey and promise you to pay Rs.3000 every month??? How??? What is their business plan??? They give your monthly interest from new investment coming in. Thats it. This is money circulation. They have no permission from RBI. No accredition from Indian Direct Selling Association. No tangible product. People are asked to invest in multiple ID's to get more income???
So, is the business model driving the business here? NO...its the money coming in from NEW distributors that is paying the distributors. This is SCAM, FRAUD and ANTI-MLM.
Don't join this and inform the authorities in your area like I have done.
Save people from loosing their money.
