[Resolved] Premier Stabilizer — Defective Stabilizer

I N. Narayanamurthy, aged 62, bought a Premier Double Booster stabilizer for my Window AC on[protected] with one year warranty from RSS Store, Pallavaram. However for the past one or two months there are small burstings from the stabilizer making it hazardous to use in the house. On giving a complaint an executive came and chercked the product but still the issue is not resolved and the problem persists. I have requested the customer care person again look into the issue but the person has not turned up even after frequent follow up calls. Please know that there are kids in the house and a default electrical appliance is very hazardous. Also I believe you will understand that we need to have the AC running in the house for the climate prevailing in chennai.The customer care office of Premier Stabilizer situated in Mahalakshmi Street, T. Nagar, Chennai.

I too have a similar kind of a probelm mentioned by Mr. Narayanamurthy. Issue was reported two months back, an oeprator came and claimed that he rectified it but the problem came back within a week. I hope this is looked at my the Premier Stabilizer company before its reputation is spoiled.

Sir this subash from keelkattalai chennai.20th Oct i gave a complaint regards my stabilizer( double boost ac)not working probably now its almost nine days over but still my problem didn't reslove my complaint no D 745.
