I bought a 4KVa Triple Boost stabilizer in Mercy Electronics, Kodambakkam.

Since I bought I'm facing lot of problems, normally a stabilizer works in this way it boosts low voltage to high voltage whereas it works in reverse we have IP Voltage of 240V and it reduces to 195V.

Kindly do the needful to resolve this issue as the product is in warranty
