[Resolved]  Prepaid Card — unauthorised charges

I am a user Of pre-paid card of "Airtel"'. My mobile no. is [protected] . From last few days, I am getting massages "Masti" from53030 and against these Rs5/-has been deucting from my balance without my knowlege. However I have neither requested nor activated the same. Regarding that, I have lodged several complaints to your call Centre to stop the same immediately & give the credit of my unauthorised charges, Eevery time your call center commits that the same will be resolved within 4hrs. "This is their STANDARD REPLY.". NOT ONLY that 3-4 times I have sent SMS also to UNSUB masti5 TO 53030 requesting to stop the same as per advice given by your call centre but there is no response.
