Dear Sir,
I have the prepaid connection no. [protected]. Last time i recharged with 50 Rs. which resulted in the Balance of Rs. 43 in my account. when i check my balance on 1 sept 2009 i noted that my balance had been reduced from the balance Rs 43 to 43 paise with out making any call. When i call to your customer care executives they told to me that I had made the call on the no. starting with 9350. and they told me that they could not register my complaint .
So, I request you to pay attention towards my complaint and let me know action on my complaint.So that i can further forward my complaint to higher authority / Consumer court.
