Prepaid connection — the representative used abusive words
This is Rosaline sarah and i am a customer of hutch for last 3yrs and on 5th september 2007,ispoke to a representative called Devender around 5 o'clock or 6'oclock and he was very rude and even used a very bad words(hindi gaali). i was very annoyed with it and i did not receive this kind of service in my life.
so i requset you to teach that representative some manners and some customer service skills.

I have submitted all the documents on 24th Aug 2007 for getting prepaid connection (conversion from post paid to prepaid on the request of airtel co. after cancelling my connection on 20th July 2007) as they had sent one representative Mr Dinesh. who had collected Rs.995/- and promised that said connection will start working on 27th Aug 2007, but nothing happended & when I contacted theperson on [protected] several times, every time i am getting a reply that the same will start working by evening or tommorrow morning but no luck. ultimately i went personally to Bharti house, Ahmedabad on 30/08/2007 and girl sitting on counter No.7(around 1300 Hrs) did all the drill &told me that this will start working by tommorrow by 1400 Hrs. I switched on 31st Aug 2007 & getting the connectivity &as per advice i called no 123 & got the message that due to non-availability of documents the service is temporaryly suspended contact [protected] & when tcontacted this no. its balance is n/a charge ur phone. Again i contacted [protected] Mr.Hitesh after listing my complaint told me give the name of the girl or her mobile no. or go again to bharti house to get ur connection reinstated with in next 24 to 48 hrs. I don't know what type of service airtel is provided, if i have to piller to post get my connection activated and than reinstated due to working of their staff why they r actracting the people to have their connection. Can do something and let me the status of my connection.
I am user of Airtel services and i am holding four connection of Airtel.
Due to mistake i have pressed the button for live cricket information and all 3 months backs from the m/o july Airtel deducting 99/- per month. Now I request so many times for stop this services but no body listening my complaint in ur customer care.
I am really fed up to doing the request again & again in your customer care but not received yet any positive response.
Now I am requsting again kindly stop this deduction now other wise I will stop this number after a week. Mobile No. is [protected]
voda prepaid connection — unable to flash sms from mob 9885695646
It is very painful to note that supervisor customer care center(222) who recived the number of complaints from me did not react promptly in rectifying the problem pertains to failure in sending sms from mob no [protected].Even after 20 days the said problem was not rectified .If such supervisors allowed to continued in this reputed voda net work they will spoil the image of the company.In addition to this valued cutomers like me who got highest belief on the performance of hutch/voda ,will loose confidence and take steps to go to another net work.I hope that you will respond promptly in rectifying the problem.Thanking you.

Prepaid connection — unable to send sms from 9885695646
All my family numbers are using 3 voda connection including above prepaid connection which is valid up to 2008. I am unable to flash sms from mobile no [protected] since 20 days. In this connection several times contacted 222 and focussed the problem pertains to sending of sms. Even after the lapse of 20days no action was taken by the supervisor customer care center.Hence I request you please look in to it personally and activate the system to flash sms from mobile no [protected].
An early action is solicited.

Prepaid connection — Misbehvious om Phone of your Customer Service Execcutives
I have been Liasing with ur customer service agents on [protected] from yesteday for my connection [protected].
I have paid RS. 99/- for validity to be extended and Rs. 30/- recharge as i had a negative balance of Rs.16/- in my account.
I had spoken to a lady named Smita this morning and wanted to complaint about the misbehaviour of your service person whom i had spoken to prior to my speaking to Smita...the lady whose name i do not remember had the audacity to cut the line...'
just a few minutes back i spoke to a person named Veeru who also hung the phone on me...
is this the kind of service that i get from a MNC .???
I still do not have network on my connection...
can a person call me on [protected] and resolve my concern without any delay
Prepaid connection — Deactivation of prepaid connection no. 9772974225
I purchased a pre paid SIM bearing no .[protected] on 10.08.2008 from Pilani, Rajasthan. Along with application form, I enclosed my Id proof issued by my company, PAN card and copy of driving license. SIM was activated on the same day in the night. The same SIM was found deactivated on 22-08.2008.
On enquiry in local Vodafone office, it was conveyed that my residence proof is not readable. In spite of giving three Id proofs, I am unable to avail the serviced till date for which, I have already paid. If residance proof was not clear, it should have been rejected out rightly at the time of purchase. Therefore, you are requested to look into the matter and get my SIM activated at the earliest to have faith in Vodafone for better customer service. I am also having another Vodafone no. [protected].
Prepaid connection — Activation cooler without my knowledge
Activation of caller tune without my knowledge.
I am holding a postpaid satyam corporate vodaphone connection.The digusting activity they have performed is that they have activated the default vodafone caller tune service on my mob no:
[protected] without my knowledge and Rs30/- is being deducted from my account .
Such type of action is most unjustified .
Several time I stopped tihis coller tune on my another connection no. [protected] through your customer care.
But I looses every time Rs.30/-
from my account.
Same thing is agin hppened on 03.11.08 on my connection no.[protected].
I hope you will return my my to my account otherwise I will lible disconnect my connection.
If such type of income growes your business and customers this is very well.
As per the policy your organization have policy of Customer First, which none of the relationship centers at Gurgaon Especially the Sahara Mall outlet are following you should have been checking the conduct regularly but I don't think so any such practice is being followed.
I am writing just as customer in spite of the fact I am well know some the top official of Bharati corporate to Name the few are Mr. Sabastian, Mr who happen to be your group VP HR., Mr. A Jha your retail business head etc.
The executives sitting at center especially Mr. Rahul & the in charge of the outlet Mr. Manish are not at all capable to be at customer service desk as neither they what is the conduct and how deal a customer in spite of the fact that I personally went to inquire about a new prepaid which I had taken the number is mentioned above as I had submitted all documents but still without even verifying they have disconnected it as according to them the alternate number was not being answered which is not possible, anyway the astonishing things is that I visited your relationship center in Malviya Nagar, Sahara mall etc but in vain may be they relation ship center executives are not caring of customer who are not know to them.
Can look into the matter I shall surely raise this point the next time when I meet some responsible person of Bahrati during the meets organized by customer service forums.
I hope some of your official looks to rectify the attitude

i have purchased new prepaid number from yr shop with the ril to ril free all over india but it works only a month now that is not working my no is [protected] please do the needful coz if that schem is not applicable then why they issuied that sim to me i have paid RS 2000 for that connection
SIR I HAVE PREPAID CONNECTION OF YOUR RELIANCE COMPANY.I HAVE RECEIVED A MESSAGE THAT THEY HAVE DEDUCTED MY RS. 30 FOR DEVOTIONAL PACKAGE.BUT I HAVE NEVER MADE REQUEST FOR THE SAME.WHEN I TOLD COSTOMER CARE THEY HAVE NOT GIVE SATISFACTORY REPLY AND DENY FOR RE-IMBURSEMENT.

without confirmation of customer activate collar tune
we facing every time activate collar tune without my confirmation, by sms or any method, as two to three time in year we facing such prob and they charge every time 40 rupees/month, so we suggest to vodafone if any by mistake any subscriber push * star during call and they get activate collar tune even though they do not need(wants),
so need to improve for further confirmation by return sms to avoid the unwanted charge, , once activate by mistake then they charge for month and need confirmation for deactivate by sms, , same way procedure need for activation,
me sameer aggarwal using ur connection from last two years bt forst time i have to suffer from ur side tht u have deduct my rs 40 from my account day befor yesterday regarding hello tunes subscrition.
sir as i knw tht one law has passed regarding hello tunes tht company have to tell firstly the charges about the subscription bt no message would b forwaded to me while i have done all this by mistake.as on tht such i have just going to attend the call of my friend who has also the airtel connnection and he had activeted the caller tune on tht such i didnt knw when i have pressed any key and mean while tht time ur company has deducted my balance apporx 40 rs.i hve problem reagrding all ur undefiend or hidden conditions ..sir pls b kind on ur coustomer because its not an easy time to earn money even u knw much better thn me thn pls tell me hw can a person tolerate tht his balance had deducted

Prepaid connection — expiry of scheme before end of validity time
i have a perpaid connection of airtel. few month back there was a scheme where u can get ur STD call converted into 50 p per min. I got that scheme. it had validity till one year. it has just been 2 months. and now i m being charged Rs 1 per STD call. Dont know what is the problem.
