[Resolved]  Prepaid TATA Indicom Photon Plus — tata indicom photon prepaid connection not working in mumbai

i had purchased tata photon prepaid plus data card for internet usage in jammu & kashmir some time back.Before,i could ask for the connection,i asked the tata indicom galary personel in srinagar that i have to eventually go to mumbai,so i should be able to use the same connection in Mumbai.They assured me i could use it anywhere in Idia.But to my utter dismay,when i landed in Mumbai,the device did not function.When i tried to complain about the same,i was told that since it is a prepaid connection,it can not work out side J&K.
Please forward my complaint to the concern authority for immediate redressal.
