i bought a prastige induction plate on diwali 2011. after two days plate have a fault. and i approch to retail dealer and he gave me another induction plate. once again it has a same problem. same problem persiste. it had repair 5 to 6 times by service centre. but after repair i use to or thre days and went to service centre. hardley i use it 30 to 45 days rest of time it was laying to retailer. it cost was 3800 my money gone waste. im to much upset. there is no soluition for this problem. i want my money back from company. this product is tottaly useless for me. after warranty this it becomes garbage for me because this a electronic product. it cant be repair by other person. and it has a scheam three appliance free. the quality of the appliances is so poor. i am too much upset by this company product . please help me.the store name is GULATI STORE,NEW MARKET, RAILWAY ROAD -ALIGARH-202001- UTTAR PRADESH.TIN-[protected].DT1-4-81
