Refer to my order no 5195489, which was not given by Naaptol company. I have paid the amount RS 2,877.00 on 14 Oct 12 and I got intimation on 20 Oct 12 that your is cancelled because item is not available, till to date I have not received my refund amount. i bought a prastige induction plate on diwali 2011. after two days plate have a fault. and i approch to retail dealer and he gave me another induction plate. once again it has a same problem. same problem persiste. it had repair 5 to 6 times by service centre. but after repair i use to or thre days and went to service centre. hardley i use it 30 to 45 days rest of time it was laying to retailer. it cost was 3800 my money gone waste. im...
