[Resolved]  prestige induction stove — Not working properly

We purchased prestige induction cook top ,model pic.3.0 in July10.It is not working properly.Aften it is showing 'E3' on display.

My Prestige induction Model PIC 4.0 purchased in 2010. working excellnt. last evening, i heard abt the prestige engineer cuming to my city so thought of taking to him to clean the exhaust inside as it was filled with dust. he did it in 5 mins. I paid Rs 50 for cleaning and bought my induction stove home. when i switched on for cooking i was shocked. after every 3-4 mins it gives a E1 error and goes off. the engineer has left some error and i m totally disappointed by his service. kindly advise now what to do??

few days i have purchased a perstige induction cookware a karahi and a pan.(pan is free with karahi) I was surprised to see that karahi is not working on the induction cooker while the free item pan is working properly. I visited Metro outlet from where it was purchased. i was told to collect it after ten days.i visited metro store after ten days I was given back the article without replacement.my warranty card was also nogt returned.I was told that prestige manufactures articles which work on the prestige induction cooker only. If this is the case I would suggest all not to buy prestige products. Its a big name offering faulty products. Highly disappointing.

few years back i have purchased prestige induction oven plc 3.0 v2.after few days this oven, control panel has not worked properly.all the functional keys has not stable ...i think that i should to change control panel..so plz give some advice to me...where i can purchase that oven control panel??...send to me address to '' [protected]@gmail.com''..
I purchased prestige induction stove model PIC 14.0.
Before completion of 1 month it started malfunctioning with error code E2 each and every time in spite of my careful handling.
Tried to call customer care numbers as mentioned in their website "http://www.prestigesmartkitchen.com/pages/contact" but no one picks up the call.
Please suggest the way forward.

I have purchased Prestige PIC 6.0 Induction Cooktop on this 2nd Dec 2013 from Flipkart.com online shopping. I got it unpacked and went through the manual for using it. It looks good in all its features, but coming to its manual operation of timer operation is found too horrible. I tried using the timer while in boil function mode, but the timer button is not getting activated even if it is pressed. The timer is only getting activated if pressed under the keep warm mode of the cook top.

Kindly suggest me how to use the timer manually while using function modes. The way it is mentioned in the manual is not working exactly in practically cooking the foods or boiling water or rice. I purchased Prestige induction cooktop 1.0, now am facing some issues in that, i went and submit it to the prestige customer care after made lot of calls to the service centre executive,
finally i gave it to them, now they are saying you have to pay 1000 rs. for replacing the PCB board in that.
But still the product is under warranty.. please anybody help me, whether the product is under warranty we need to pay for the products replaced???????
please reply me...

Dear Sir,

I have purchased Prestige Pic 14.0 on[protected]. It starts giving problem within 6 moths, and the persons from prestige show room are not responding to the problem. They are telling that "ITS NOT OUR FAULT, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WARRENTY AND SERVICE"

Shop add:- AARAV ENTERPRISE shop no 57 khodiyar shopping center near crystal mall jamnagar- 361006.

Atleast if you have any sense to give service to your customers, then immediately CLOSE THIS SHOP. Otherwise you will loose your goodwill also...

1. I was lodged so many time complaint on this induction cook top but personnel of service center returned the same without rectifying the problem telling that this induction is OK. you are requested to issue suitable instructions to your service center for do need full action as per order on the subject.
