We bought prestige induction before 1 year and due to an incident its glass broken out so we gave it to the service center on 18/04/ 2016
where they told us that it will be fixed within a week but till 04/08/2016 they didn't fixed it even-though i called them and went to them
every week and argued them that i travel a lot of distance to reach but each time they gave the excuse that the glass is not available in
the company. if it were so then why they didn't inform me in the starting itself that they can't repair it...my mobile no. is [protected]

I am Devanand,.residing at No.29, Bharathinagar, Govarthanagiri, Avadi, Chennai-71, i am using Prestige, Induction Stove since two years. That stove getting breakdown frequently like 3 months once. After rectified the problem Service centers charging heavily without guarantee, and also poor response. Recently the feather touch buttons not working, I approach service centre, they charged Rs.993.00 without guarantee. This is unaccepted and I feel the product itself having problem. Kindly pay attention on this matter.
