[Resolved] Tvs Motor Company — Printer purchased 12 months back but till date it is not installed at our shop

We have purchase Barcode Printer of TVS Model No.T9650Plus, LP44BP, Serial No.[protected] 12 months back giving advance payment to Easy Infosystem, Kolkata for one of our Hobby & Craft Store at Kolkata, Cutie Pie (India) but till date they not installed the same at our store. We have made several complain to TVS & their dealer M/S.Easy Infosystem, Kolkata but they are not co-operating with us & our works are hampering very badly. Dear sir,

We have used your Barcode Printer of TVS which is not working correctly. Only blank bills are coming from the printer. We have complaint for this your sales exicutive many time continuesly from 10 day on their mobile, your customer support number, & their dealer M/s.Soft Infosystem, delhi but they are not co-operating with us & our works are hampering very badly.
