The TVS Jupiter was purchased and delivered on 10th November, 2025 from Thiruvalla Perumthuruthy showroom. Initially, a starting-related concern was raised, which was later clarified as a miscommunication that we don't have to accelerate while using the self-start button, and therefore it was not considered a major issue.Also, this variant does not have a kicker for kickstart, which I ignored as this variant will not have a starting trouble...

I booked this vehicle on 3rd October Top variant ST range 175 Kilometers

Initially i paid 25K to book this vehicle dealer promised me that vehicle will be released and handed over in a week, but i didn't get the vehicle as promised by dealer.

I have booked TVS Iqube 3.5 Kwh electric scooty UG variant on July 8th, 2025, through online by paying 5000 rupees as an initial payment.
Then by July 22nd I have paid the remaining full amount through their official website.
For the first couple of weeks, I haven't got my booking confirmation details. If I ask the support team about this for 15 days, they were saying that they are facing technical issue on their website....

Chain noice is repeating and the service engineer and team is not able to provide solution even after repeated meetings. Even customer care is not responding properly no call is returned regarding the matter. No representative is addressing this properly.
