Dear Sir My self ANURAG SHRIVASTAVA here by informing you that in Priyagold biscuit Orange cream and Ilatchi cream repeatedly contamination has been found and i have talked to Noida office about this to Mr. Ashwani Batra (marketing Head) he sent MR. Sachin Aggarwal and i showed him the contaminated biscuit and taken receiving on a written complaint.Today when again i purchased your product i found Human hair in one of the biscuit when i again i talked to Mr. Batra about poor quality of the product, and said about to complaint further then he said to me' ok complaint me in consumer court', it shows how much they are taking care of consumers interest. Foreign particle inside the biscuits
This is to bring to your attention regarding the Priyagold biscuits . Four days back I have purchased one packet of Glucose Biscuits from Big Apple. The details are as follows:

Nett weight: 100g
PKD: 06/10
Computer coding:[protected]

This packet contained foreign particle (rubber band) inside. This is the first time in my life span I could find a foreign particle inside the biscuit. Biscuits are mostly in particularly consumed by children.
I would request you to kindly look into this issue and take necessary action to improve the quality with other competent brands.
