may kindly file FIR at your nearest Police Station U'S 154(1)
I have already filed FIR with Malad Police Station, for breach of trust and cheating., awaiting process.
as they have created third party interest and sold the plots at higher prices, thus have created fraud and criminal breach of trust.this is a non bailable offence, and the police has to take the complaint under section 154(1)
please don't take it easy, file your complaints immediately to recover your amount with interest and current market price.before the directors abscond, and the office closed.

I buyed plot at satara New Mahableshwar_Karate. I bought this plot about 6 years ago and from last 3 years they are saying that NA Process is complete and registration are started they call us when its aligned. I tryed ringing the owner Mohan Rathod but no answer.

I purchased a plot at jaichieadi(patan) in 2011from Priyadarshan comptech and developers Pvt LTD.
No plot or refund is provided back by the company.
I have payment receipt and notary agreement made by Mr. Mohan B. Rathod.

This is inform all, as per the Hon’ble Bombay High Court Order in the criminal matter APPP/788/2018 & in the criminal matter RCC/409/2018 of Hon’ble J.M.F.Court Kalyan, with regard to the FIR No 1 226 lodged U/S 406, 420, & 34 in MFC police station.
Mr Mohan Rathod has deposited 51 lacs in the Hon’ble Bombay High Court and balance 50 Lac will be deposited in the Hon’ble J.M.F Court Kalyan. Now Total 24 applicants those who have initiated action against Mohan Rathod and Priyadarshan Comtech/ Priya Darshan Land Mark will now shortly get 100% Refund of their money invested in various land as in Khirvire, New Mahableshwar (satara) etc.
