Invested in land with this developer in jaichiwadi project after few months they ran from city and there is no response from there side now it's more than 5 years so it's totally fraud....

I had buy a plot at satara New Mahableshwar_Karate. I bought this plot about 7 years ago and haven't heard from them yet. I tryed ringing the owner Mohan Rathod - [protected], but no answer from them. Last year they said registrations are in process, but at present no one answering the phone.
Could you please suggest how to proceed the compliant? Did you get any response on your complaint?
