[Resolved]  Professional Courier — Document not delivered post 18 days

Dear Sir,

Please refer to the string of emails below. The company has shown no mercy in delivering the documents despite of continued reminders. I was charger Rs.70 for a 3 day agreed delivery of the documents.

However, there has been no response to this extent and they have not even bothered to get back to me.

The document still seems to be finding its delivery. I am SHOCKED and SURPRISED that the company has no sense of responsibility or empathy towards the documents being delivered no matter how critical it can be. This clearly determines the quality practice and promise the company is following.

As an FYI the address is also mentioned in the docket number and the same should already be with you. I am surprised that you have to get the address of the consignee rather than the docket number you already have.

This is to bring to your kind notice that I had sent a courier containing some very very important documents that pertain to medical reports for an ailing patient on 22nd October 2010 under the agreement that the same shall be delivered in 2-3 days at the destination.

Today is 30th and the patient is still awaiting the receipt of his reports.

I tend to escalate this in all possible including legal as well, also because no one picks up and responds to your calls when one calls the customer care.
