[Resolved] Professional Courier — Not Received Product - more than 20 days | |
I have made a Shopping from Indiatime Shopping on 26th of December Seller has send the Product from Delhi using Professional Courier Service It is more than 20days I havent Received the Product Worst thing is that they dont have any Proper Website for tracking, and their customer care never respond properly They should change its Name to UnProfessional Courier Service Was this information helpful? | |

A courier was sent from mumbai docket no[protected], containg LR details. Till date same is not delivered to Visakhapatnam steel plant . when contacted your staff here are not even bothered to reply as to where the document is . There is absolutely no resposibility and commitment from the local courier pepole. I am incurring demurrage as i am unable to lift the material .

Till date 28.7.2009 same is not delivered to Visakhapatnam steel plant . when contacted your staff here are not even bothered to reply as to where the document is . There is absolutely no responsibility and commitment from the local courier pepole. I am incurring demurrage as i am unable to lift the material .
