[Resolved]  Professional Courier — Non Delivery of consignment

I booked a consignment on 29th Oct 08 from Chennai to Bangalore and as on date the same is not delivered

I have not received the consignment sent to me on 29th march 2003.
The consignment was sent from salem and is to reach me at hosur.

So mane past experiences with their service has only recorded extended delivery of the consignments.

Unlike their name they offer the most unprofessional courier services.

I have not received the consignment sent to me on 16 april, 09.The consignment number is[protected].
The consignment was sent from Mumbai and is to reach me at Ropar (Roopnagar) Punjab.

I am not getting any help from your office which is in Chandigarh. So kindly tell me the date of Delivery of my consignment & as well as the status of the consignment.

Consignment sent from Hindusthan Cocacola Beverages Pvt. Ltd , Khurda on 11.01.09 to AMD Industries Limited SP 32 RIICO Industrisl Area neemrana has not been delivered till now.
Your tracking web site cannot be accessed.

Yes we also send one courier to villupuram and kolkotta before the week. It contain very important and original government bill to collectorate office. It is our business . now i had loss and i cannot get the original again from the government department.
Please take this issue very seriously. You may have more valuable customer like us.
