[Resolved]  Professional Courier — Loss of Consignment

My father sent me one courier containing ATM card through professional courier from erode on oct 2008 but it was not delivered to my chennai address, i called the customer care officials but no response from their end.and i also went to head office which is situated in Annasalai, but there also no response.

Dear Sir,

Sub: “Request for missing of my material (USB of wireless) –reg”

This is to inform you that my friend has sent a courier of wireless
usb connector on 16th June 2009 from Perundurai professional courier
branch to Salem address. The material has sent on 16th June 2009 and
the bill number is 22762007. The courier was reached me on 17th June
2009 without the material then I was asked near customer care office
at Salem and they told that you ask to the sender to give a compliant
that the parcel was not reached properly. Hence, my friend has given a
compliant to Perundurai office regarding that the parcel was not
reached properly.
After getting the compliant from them they asked to my friend sent a
complaint from Salem office. Hence, I have given again a written to
compliant in connection with the parcel was not received from our
side.

Both sides they are treating us very badly in the sense that
wherever you can go like that. The wireless USB connector was bought
from BSNL office, Salem. I have discussed with lawyer as well and they
asked me to give a written complaint against theft case like that
since I have to get new connection from BSNL means I have to answer
them.

In my next step, I will plan to go to media in the sense that one
for local (Tamil news
paper) news paper and other may goes to Hindu paper.

This is not first time from your side. This is for your information
and expecting an encouraging anticipation of my property.
