the courier had reached local courier office on 4th. (as confirmed by their own office).

However these fellows did not deliver to our office.

Ultimately on 7th we had to sent a person to local Professional Courier Office to collect the parcel.

Their service is extremely poor (atleast in our area).

We request all our channel partners and clients NOT TO USE PROFESSIONAL COURIER to send parcels to Enjay.
